[grant-request] Community Storage Grant for Project-AgML
Hi Hugging Face team,
We're working on Project-AgML, an open-source effort to support large-scale agricultural machine learning research. As part of this, we plan to publish the iNatAg and iNatAg-mini datasets — which together contain over 5 million images with detailed species classifications.
These datasets are designed to enable a variety of ML tasks in agriculture, including species recognition, few-shot learning, and benchmarking for domain adaptation. We're building everything on top of Hugging Face's ecosystem, and it's been incredible for making this work accessible to the community.
To continue expanding this project and make the full dataset available, we're looking to request a community storage grant of around 2.5TB. Everything is open-source and aimed at benefiting researchers, students, and practitioners in both ML and agricultural domains.
